Jonas Brothers Fandom

    A group consisting of three males know as the Jonas Brothers are popular songwriters, actors, and singers. This group is made up of three brothers Nick Jonas, Kevin Jonas, and Joe Jonas. The Jonas Brothers Wikipedia site claims their reign of popularity began in 2005 when the group first appeared on the Disney Channel as well as they year when the developed their very first record. Not only were they popular for their singing but acting showed an increase in their number of fans.

Their fan base travels across multiple social media platforms including a website; where everyone including their fans are kept up to date with recent releases and important dates around the corner of upcoming events, as well as an Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter account. The fan bases for the Jonas Brothers are widely spread to reach multiple individuals and widen any important information they have to share. Out of all their platforms, Facebook is the fans most popular with a constantly rising total of 13 million followers. The Brothers fan base is more directed to younger females in their teens to women in their early 20s.

There are many fan twitter accounts one major one being Jonas Fan Events which is even found on instagram. If you look at the photo behind their profile image in it you can see that it is "Events for Jonas Fans. By Jonas Fans". This account holds zooms where fans get together to participate in trivia games, contests as well as keep fans up to date about upcoming events.

Charity Work
  
This group of pop stars has volunteered their time to helping multiple organizations and charities such as Make-A-Wish Foundation, St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital as well as many more (Visit link below to see all organizations). Not only this but they have created their very own foundation known as Change for the Children in which they have donated over 1 million dollars in order to help children find a will to succeed (www.looktothestars.org). During the release of their foundation they even asked their fans to check out their organization in order to help the cause. ClevverTV announced that the Jonas Brothers added if fans donated a certain amount they would be placed in a drawing to win a prize (Visit link to below to view announcement).

Fan Gear

All the support from the fans has led to many inspired items by the Jonas Brothers. These include apparel, fan art, books and even souvenirs from their shows. Many online sites such as Esty allows for fans to create or purchase pre-made items all base off the Brothers. They sell all kinds of items including candles, mugs, key chains, car air fresheners, Christmas ornaments, and so on. Not only do fans buy items inspired but the Jonas' they also make their own some even based on images of them. They even have popular books written about them one being Blood by all three boys with Neil Strauss. This book dives in to their lives back to when the first started till today giving fans an inside of what was going through their heads.

My Personal Experience

    My older sister and I grew up watching the Camp Rock series in which the Jonas Brothers stared in as well as listened to their music. All movies in the series we could watch nonstop and not get bored of them. It even got to the point where we knew all the words and could tell you everything that happened. They started to release songs and I would always wait until they came out to add them to my playlist. One day my sister messaged me and asked me if I wanted to go to one of their concerts that was around our area. I had volleyball practice that same day of the concert but that didn't stop me. Right after practice let out I went straight to shower and get around to meet my sister. When we got to the place of the concert there were so many people. The whole experience was amazing and I was so excited to see the group I grew up with preform. I knew every word to every song they sang and you know I couldn't leave until I got a T-shirt. Till this day I still look forward to newly released songs.

  Background Info.      Johnny Cash started to sing in the 1950's after his service in the military. He became known as the man in black due to the fact he always wore black clothes. The One Who Fills a Void

       One day I was spending time in Benton at my uncle's house like I do often. Me and him were working on a 1948 John Deere G that he had bought in the 70's and is now mine. My uncle is an older gentleman who was never married and never had kids, so I am almost the closest thing he has ever had to a son or grandson. Which after my grandfathers passed away years ago, he really filled the void and became almost more like a grandfather figure in way. On this particular day we were trying to clean up the tractor after it was caught in a flood. My uncle was a truck driver and a diesel mechanic his whole life and has a small shop in his backyard full of expensive tools that had almost all gotten caught in the flood waters. We had already spent days cleaning the shop and the tools. At this point we were both getting tired and discouraged. My Best Friend

"A sister is someone that is not only your sister but a best friend." That is what Julie, my sister, and I always say because we are truly best friends. We do everything together. We are only 17 months apart in age. My mom would always dress us in the same outfit when we were little and everyone would always ask if we were twins. Julie is someone that I always want by my side, which has made it hard and extremely different since I have moved into college. We have made so many memories together and get along so well. My sister makes the harder times easier and the easy times more fun. We tell each other everything and would always make time in the day too caught up and just talk to each other.
